Global Inkjet Systems has appointed Alexandros Mountis as Senior Product Manager, with responsibility for product management across the business.
Alexandros will take ownership of how products are defined, prioritised, and delivered across GIS software and hardware platforms. The role is intended to strengthen alignment between customer requirements, engineering execution, and longer-term product strategy.
He joins GIS with experience in industrial product development and platform-based systems, working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and commercial delivery.
Over the coming weeks, Alexandros will spend time with teams across software, hardware, production, and operations to build a detailed understanding of existing architectures, active development programmes, and current constraints.
Steve Williamson, General Manager of GIS, said: “Product management sits at the centre of how we turn engineering capability into usable systems. Alexandros will focus on bringing structure, clarity, and accountability across our product portfolio as it continues to evolve.”
As part of his initial focus, Alexandros will review existing product processes, documentation, and decision frameworks, and establish clear working interfaces between product management, engineering, production, operations, and sales.
